ICHIE (一笑) - Very Beautiful

Today I’d like to introduce one of many drinking spots in my hometown, Numazu in Shizuoka. The shop name is ICHIE. I went there with my parents after the turn of the year.

Firstly, what I want to say is that all the staff had so much energy in the shop because when we entered there, they shouted “Irashaimase” in unison, plus they proposed just a first toast to us in a loud voice after getting permission from us. Even though the shop was not narrow and they were busy then, they were really nice to welcome, so I was very surprised and felt they are great. However the shop is not noisy without their voice. You can be relaxed.

Next, the shop has a lot of recommended menu items. I also was amazed by an order-taker who recommended many dishes more than seven when she was getting the order for the first time. As the result of what she really recommended a lot, we ordered a lot. For example, “assorted sliced raw fish (￥1211)”, “assorted skewer (￥1249)” and more. I thought that all dishes were physically beautiful and tasty, but they were small in amount. Their costs are expensive. My favorite was assorted skewer. It actually went with all alcohols.

Finally, there was an atmosphere of brightness. I felt that the shop was systematically cleaned because all places were sparkly clean. You can have a great time here.

DOMADOMA - Well Known Shop

I went to a famous chain of drinking spots, DOMADOMA in Tsurumi. When I want to go drinking and can’t decide where to go, I always choose there, because it's always a safe choice and I’ll be well satisfied. I’d like to introduce some good things about DOMADOMA today.

One of the good points is they have so many menu items. There are vegetable dishes, fish dishes, meat dishes, fried meat dishes, desserts, a lot of kinds of alcohol and more. You can surely find some foods that you want to eat. They are tasty and inexpensive. The amounts of each dish is good on your stomach, so you can enjoy other dishes, too.

I ate Shaken fried potatos (￥390) and green horseradish paste with sliced raw octopus (￥390). The shaken fried potatos are my favorite, because you can choose from three flavors, like salt, butter and corn potage soup. I ordered green horseradish paste and sliced raw octopus for the first time and it went well with cocktails. Come to think of it, one of the menu items is birthday cake. The shop can work together when you want to celebrate someone. I have not ordered it yet, so I want somebody to do it and tell me about it. If I have a chance, I'll try to do that someday.

The next good thing is the atmosphere. It’s very clean and quiet. You can be relaxed.The many of customers are corporate employees, but couples, friends and families can fit into the atmosphere there, too. The staff have a nice attitude and are very kind. I really like them.

The location of DOMADOMA in Tsurumi is a two-minutes walk from Tsurumi Station East Exit. There are many other locations just about everywhere. If you can’t choose a shop, you should decide to go there, I recommend. Thank you.

Oreno-Yakitori - want to drink!!

Have you ever been to Kamata in Tokyo? I think everybody know it and there are a lot of great drinking spots. I'll introduce one of them, Oreno-Yakitori.

I went there for the first time with my friends. The name is funny and it's easy to stand out in our memories. You can understand that yakitori is the recommended menu item from the name. The yakitori at Oreno-Yakitori are delicious in my opinion, because the meat is filling and really juicy. In addition, the cost is cheap!! They're about 80 yen per stick of Yakitori, and there are many varieties, so you'll be satisfied!!

I'd also like to introduce the other menu items. For example, I ate beef and foie gras (¥1680). This is a big piece of beef on foie gras soup. When you cut the beef, it mixes with the foie gras soup. It's really tasty. Eat it before it gets cold. The food is great, which means, we can feel the alcohol is also great.

 

There are good wait staff here, because they're quick to serve our orders and one of the staffs took our picture when we asked for that. They are nice to welcome for us. I was satisfied body and soul.

 

The location is near Kamata Station East Exit and Keikyu Kamata Station West Exit. The shops are about 4 minutes walk from either. Ginbuta - Yakiton

I'd like to introduce Ginbuta. It's my favorite drinking spot in Tsurumi. Have you heard about Yakiton or eaten it? It's the most recommended menu item in the shop and it's spit-roasted pork. All types of Yakiton are juicy. Although the cost of each cut is different, it's cheap basically. It's from 80 yen to 140 yen per piece of spit-roast pork. The amount of each cut is large. You should eat it.

 

There are recommended a la carte dishes,too. One is potato salad (300 yen). When you hear that, you may think you can imagine what it is, but your imagination wouldn't be true, because some potato chips are stuck on the potato salad. It's fun to see. I order it every time, even though the cost is high. All of the taste is dominated by potato chips, so it's salty. I want you to see it from a photo on this page. My recommendation isn't only that, but also the cocktails. They are excellent!!

Many kind of drinks are there. For example, whiskey, plum wine, beer, sake and more. They are easy to drink. The cost is reasonable, and the snacks are delicious, so we can drink well.

The atmosphere is good. Inside the shop is always noisy. If you talk to your friends with a loud voice, no body complains to you. The staff is efficient and friendly, and I once saw that one of the staff helping a drunk man. So you can get rid of stress and enjoy your time. Why don't you go there? This shop has 3 locations.

Minazuru - The Hiding spot

I’d like to introduce Minazuru. It’s a great drinking spot in Tsurumi. A senior student recommended it to me one day and we went there together. When we arrived at the entrance, it was not easy for me to go in at first because the shop was small, the entrance was narrow and we couldn’t see inside the room from outside. But I had the courage to enter. Then I saw the clean and the bright room there and the staff gave us a nice welcome. There were only 29 seats and they were separated 9 counter seats from 20 seats of a room floored with tatami mats. We were shown to a booth with tatami mats. I felt the room inside was tight, but it the staff can offer prompt and friendly service in my view. There was a big TV screen in our booth, so we could watch a TV program we wanted to see. The shop looks like home, so you can relax well.  
 

Most of the menu items are fish. The shop owner has confidence in his cooking ingredients because he fishes them every morning, so they have freshness. He has a Facebook account and upload some photos of the fish he caught. If you like to go fishing, you might get along well with the owner. Let’s check it out bottom of the information and it links his Facebook account. Anyway, there are a lot of delicious dish in the shop. For example, sliced raw tuna (￥1000), fried tuna (￥500) , sliced raw sea bream (￥400) and more. The cost is a little bit expensive, but the food is really tasty and goes well with sake. The sake I ordered was made from Nigata in Japan. It’s absolutely easy-to-drink wine. The best of the sliced raw fish and the best sake makes us happy. We had many orders that day, so we were afraid of our total cost. But it was cheaper than we expected. Most of the menu items are cheap and only the recommended items are expensive. We were satisfied by Minazuru.

 

When we went there, the shop was not crowded, but there are only 29 seats, so you may need to make a reservation. The access is a ten-minute walk from Tsurumi East Exit. Why don't you go there?

Shodai - White Curry Noodles

Today I would like to introduce Shodai. This shop is famous and it's very crowded almost as soon as it opens, so you have to make reservation in advance. When I went there for the first time, a staff person said " The wait is 2 hours ." I didn't eat dinner there that night.

 

There is a menu item which is known by many people. It's called white curry wheat noodles(¥997). It looks like a dessert because there is white mousse on the curry wheat noodles. If you entwine the mousse and the wheat noodles, it makes a mild taste. The look and feel are beautiful and the taste is the best. I want you eat it. And the other menu items and liquors are also delicious. But I think the cost is expensive. You need to have a lot of money.

 

About the atmosphere, the shop is clean and well-lighted. And all of the staff are always smiling and efficient. You can settle down and enjoy your time. I think that this spot is recommended for a date. I became a regular customer there.

ButtigiriSakaba - Without spending much

My friends and I went to a drinking spot which was recommended by a senior student last week. It’s ButtigiriSakaba in Tsurumi. Most of the food and drinks in this shop are cheap, my senior said. We wanted to make sure it was true so we went.

When we entered, we were surprised. There were a lot of papers with recommended menu items and prices taped to the wall. They were really cheap!! Then I got a feeling that we were going to drink large amounts of alcohol. So I was careful not to drink too much.

That day, I ordered pork cutlet(￥80), plum liquor￥290), potato salad(￥190) and more. They were tasty!! When we ordered soybeans(￥290), I could grab them with my hand from a lot of soybeans on the big plate. You may need a friend who has a big hand. One of my favorite cooktails is men's-highball(￥790). This is served with a stein than a person's head. You would be surprised.

About the atmosphere, there may be people who don't like it there. Because the shop is narrow and it is small in width between your table and neighbor's table. So you may need to give some attention to the neighbor. Don't worry about it though, you should enjoy your time meeting someone!
